Convenient Dosing With 1 Teaspoon Once Daily 
With just 1 teaspoon once daily, Megace ES offers convenient dosing for your patients compared with original formula Megace,®*1 which has a dose of 4 teaspoons once daily. Also, original formula Megace has a consistency similar to Mylanta®† 6 while Megace ES has a consistency similar to whole milk which may make Megace ES easier to swallow.

Indication
Megace ES (megestrol acetate) is a concentrated suspension indicated for the treatment of anorexia (loss of appetite),
cachexia (severe malnutrition), or an unexplained, significant weight loss in people with a diagnosis of AIDS.1
